General terms:
In case of no availability at the advertised hotel and room type, the operator can host guests at a different room type or different hotel of same or greater value without extra cost for clients. Clients will not have the ability to cancel or get a refund, unless it is allowed by the cancelation policy.
In case the client wants any change in accommodation, or client states that hotel is not as advertised, any cost that will derive from the change of booking will be covered by the client.
The same cancelation policy applies for any service included in this travel package.
The operator is not obliged to any compensation to the clients for charges that will derive from delays caused by airplane and/or ferry transportation.
The operator can change the tours and experiences dates to accommodate availability, as long as it fits the clients schedule, with no extra cost for the client. The operator is not obliged to compensate any service that is not booked through him and the client presents as a conflict of schedule.
In case a tour/experience is canceled due to bad weather or other reason considered as force majeure, the operator is obliged to a compensation equal to the tour/experience value. The operator will then present the client of all available services at the moment with the participation cost being covered by the client, but the operator is not obliged to provide a tour/experience to the client.
